CrossMusic was started in 2009 with just a laptop and a workstation (Yamaha MO 8). In the following months there have been a lot of recording sessions. Most of the tracks had a really electronical touch. But in 2011 CrossMusic wanted more and made a studio upgrade. Now there is beside the Yamaha MO 8 which have not been removed a new and faster PC and also the software was upgraded to Cubase 6. Then in winter 2011 a new sound library (East West Quantum Leap Symphonic Orchestras Gold) was added. Since this moment there have been several orchestral tracks recorded.

 

In autumn and winter 2012 there was another major update. Two new sound libraries (Damage and The Giant) were added and an update to Cubase 7 was made.

 

The latest update included Komplete 9 Ultimate from Native Instruments and a new Audiointerface from Focusrite. Now tracks can be mixed and composed not only in stereo but also in 5.1 sourround. Another new function is the possiblity to buy some tracks on bandcamp.com.
